        Fascial Training Basic Understanding and training fascia!

         

        Due to scientific findings of the last years, fascia has rightfully become an essential part of every type of therapeutic or athletictraining. There is no denying the fact that healthy fascia has an impact on physical healings and regeneration time, as well as athletic performance. This is why fascial training is successfully being offered and included in commercial, health and high performance sports. 

        近年來的科學研究顯示,筋膜理應成為所有治療和體育訓練中不可或缺的一部分。健康的筋膜在身體康復和組織再生以及運動性能中的作用無可否認。這也是筋膜訓練成功融入商業體育、高性能體育以及健康行業的原因。但也必須說明,并不是所有的問題都能依靠筋膜來解決。筋膜除了作為結締組織,也跟身體其他部分一樣重要。只有身體所有的組件都受到最合適的治療和訓練時,他們才能發揮最佳的協調,這是最重要的。

         

        In the theoretical part of this course, you will gain insights into the basics of fascia and fascial training. In the practical part, you will be introduced to the four pillars of fascial training and you will learn how to turn every exercise focused on muscles into one focused on fascia. Meanwhile, we will keep the optimum interplay of all structures (muscle-fascia-bone) in mind.

        在這個課程的理論部分會使你對筋膜以及筋膜訓練有一個深入的認識;在實踐部分,將會學習四種筋膜訓練的基本模型,并且了解如何將針對肌肉的訓練的重心轉移到筋膜上。同時,我們將會學習考慮各組織(肌肉-筋膜-骨骼)之間的相互作用。
